Chekhov's Gun
04:30
|
|||
An innocent bystander that's how we perceived you
But there's more to you than meets the eye
Unaware that we will someday need you
Oblivious of what you could provide
(what you could provide)
We should have known from the start
That you were the answer to everything
We searched near and far
But never went back to the beginning
You came at a moment unplanned
Ar the timeline it didn't seem so wrong
Then hints started to appear
Finally you weren't welcomed anymore
Blinded by the waves that swept my vision
All that's left are remnants of the past
Fallen moments that could've been left alone
Now they're pages from a book that's ripped and torn

Let's go back to a time I never had to face you
A time the cruelty of our words had not been exchanged
What if we could avoid all the abuse
Give back all the blood that's been shed
(CHORUS)
There's a moment to change everything
In exchange for anything
Come whatever may
What we have must be erased
This feeling can't remain
We weren't meant for this place
Reconfigure the emotion
Dispose of any memory
This is the only thing
That can save
What is left
Of you and me
What brought you here
Just keep it away
Just tell me the game
So I won't play
Show me the way to lose myself
From it all
To never say bye and never say hello
(CHORUS)

Death Trap
04:56
|
|||
A distant blur I see
It calls within murmurs
So faintly it recalls
To the darkest point in time
Everything was so bleak
Nothing existed anymore
Nothing mattered
It wasn't worth my time
(CHORUS)
There is no light to guide you
Just nothingness that surrounds you
The cold air in your lungs
The veins in which your blood runs
Why not give in, admit you're mine
No time to scrutinize
There's nothing more to realize
Just the pieces that won't fit for you and I
I throw away
All that could be done
Shun the unwanted
Inhibitions be gone
The pore creates a drop
Tingling sensations overcome
Arousal frets emotions
It's clear what needs to be done
(CHORUS)
For you and I
What will become
Just an empty notion of us
And forever is wasted
It's all said and done
For you and I

Deus Ex Machina
04:16
|
|||
It always seems to start the same way
Like any other day
Nothing ever changes your likings
As usual
Don't you want more
Just crave once more
And let go
(CHORUS)
Reach out
Feel more
Touch the skin that's not yours
Go in forever
Want it
Need it
Can it satisfy you
Will it keep you
You've found some exactly like you
Tasteful and sensual
The urges overcome your senses
You grab her
You take her clothes
Undress her slow
You taste her
(CHORUS)
There's something different about her warmth
It almost seems like none at all
Her eyes keep on looking so lost
She moves meticulously when touched
Her hair feels like something that isn't hers
No pulse within her chest
Her fluids of perfect synthetic scent
You accept her for what she is and want her more
(CHORUS 2x)

Paradox Of Poetry
05:59
|
|||
Memories flow like water
They're not static
It all matters
They are unexpected
So ambiguous
Unrestricted
(CHORUS) 2x
Thoughts
Show one facet
It means one thing
Or another
Images have a tendency
To the truth
That only one
Can see alone
It is only
A shell of reality
(CHORUS)
Unraveling
Rearranging
Transforming
Understanding
Rearranging
Transforming
Understanding
Unraveling
Transforming
Understanding
Rearranging
Unraveling
(4x)
It's all clear now
It all makes sense
